CANCELED: April 3: Small Giants Executive Breakfast Featuring Tim Rettig
Join Us for This Cincinnati Executive Breakfast
Small Giants are companies led by purpose-driven leaders who believe that success is about growing a business with purpose. Putting people before profits and greatness before growth takes courage. The Executive Breakfast Series features these courageous leaders in an intimate interview format.
For our April breakfast we will be interviewing Tim Rettig.
Tim Rettig is a second-generation entrepreneur in the IT industry. Tim started Intrust IT in 1992 while in college at the University of Cincinnati, causing him to drop out of college to focus on his entrepreneurial path. Four short years later he sold the company, staying on to run the division for the parent company. Eleven years after selling he bought the division back and merged with another IT company in Chicago.
After much drama with his partners, he bought out both partners, sold the Chicago office and then repaid over a million dollars in debt to build a profitable company that has won numerous awards, including being recognized as a Best Place to Work in Cincinnati for a total of eight years, a Best Place to Work in Ohio in 2019, Best IT Services Company in Cincinnati in 2018, and was listed on the Inc. 500|5000 three years in a row. Tim has built a unique company culture that has drastically reduced employee turnover and improved employee engagement.
