Matt knows of the time delay prior to my laptop being usable again. In retrospect he seemed to have gotten the hardship this can create for a client. You just never know what they were preparing for. But always assume it is something BIG. With his redelivery on Thursday he did a great job of reviewing all to ensure the issues were eliminated and I was back up to snuff. Cheers
