Appreciated the knowledge of the professional who knew how to change passwords while I'm on remote. Previous call, which I don't believe was logged as I didn't receive a satisfaction survey, told me that because I was on the remote I didn't need to worry about resetting the password. Not only was I provided assistance this time but also was told how to do the process independently when on the remote for the future. Thanks for teaching me to fish!
