Putting the "Service" in "Managed Services" Since 1992
Intrust IT is a Cincinnati IT support and cyber security partner that gets you and gets back to you. As a locally-owned small business, we empathize with business owners, use our ingenuity to solve problems, and deliver service that makes our clients happy.
You Can't Miss Us
Our company was founded in 1992 by Tim Rettig. Curious and forward-thinking, our founder Tim was bold enough to open his company’s books to employees and completely upend the typical corporate structure.
With his orange suit and matching orange oxfords, Tim’s focus on openness and transparency led to hyper client-focused employees and a winning culture. As of 2019, we are an employee-owned company. By growing together as a business, we inspire each other and our clients in a new way to do more and impact our region.
Why We Play the Great Game of Business
Central to how Intrust operates are open and transparent financials. That means that Intrust shares all the financial information about the company with all the employees. Intrust employees also receive financial literacy training so that everyone knows what the numbers mean. Important numbers are tracked and discussed on a weekly basis, and when the company is profitable, all of the employees share in that profit.
It's called the Great Game of Business because there are rules to follow, we keep score and everyone has a stake in the outcome. Being trusted with important financial information means that everyone at Intrust feels valued and integral to our company. This feeling carries over to longer employee retention and the ability to hire the best people.
Don't just take our word for it.
Every time we interact with customers, we ask them to rate the interaction and provide feedback.
We’re so proud of our 99 percent or higher ratings that we put them right out in the open.
Doing the Right Thing
Inspired by Tim’s less-than-demure dress code, the whole crew at Intrust approaches managed services work with a heart for doing the right thing and a cultivated sense of humor. Our unique culture rests on transparency.
We support people, not just computers.
Let's face it: You can’t hide when you’re wearing our corporate orange colors. Our customers count on us to be upfront with our advice, to be honest in our work and to incite just a wee bit of merriment.
