Presenter Tim Rettig

Tim Rettig | IT Support Cincinnati | Intrust IT

Tim Rettig is a second-generation serial ESOP entrepreneur. Tim started Intrust IT in 1992 while in college at the University of Cincinnati, selling the company four short years later, but staying on to run the division for the parent company.

In 2019 Tim began transitioning his company to be employee owned via an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), just like his father Jay Rettig did with his company Software Solutions. Tim is now part of a group of entrepreneurs and investors working to improve our regional economy and reduce income inequality by buying companies from retiring owners, investing in them, modernizing them, and empowering the employees to become the owners. By being an advocate for employee ownership, Tim has a life goal to create 10,000 employee-owners.
